Last updated: September 7, 2026. These Terms explain the general rules for using ChapterDrive at chapterdrive.com and app.chapterdrive.com. Additional terms may apply to a membership, event, offer or Sponsor agreement.
Website and account services
Our website provides information, waitlist registration and Sponsor enquiries. Our account platform provides the services available to your account, such as membership management, events, offers and Sponsor tools. Availability depends on your location, eligibility, account permissions and the relevant service terms.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Where Google sign-in is offered, you may use it to sign in to your ChapterDrive account. A Google account does not itself grant membership, Sponsor approval or access to restricted features.
Waitlist submissions
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a paid membership, reserve an offer, guarantee availability or grant access to account services. We may use your waitlist information to understand interest and send the updates you requested.
Sponsor-interest submissions
Submitting sponsor interest does not create a sponsorship agreement, guarantee acceptance, publish an offer, grant sponsor platform access, or provide access to private member data. Sponsor fit, pricing, contracts, redemption setup, offer approval, and platform access are handled separately after review.
Membership, events and Sponsor terms
Membership charges, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are explained in the terms presented for the relevant purchase or membership. Events, offers and Sponsor participation may have additional eligibility requirements, conditions or agreements.
Review the terms shown before you purchase, register or participate. If these general Terms conflict with terms for a specific service, the specific terms apply to that service, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal information, upload malicious code or impersonate another person or business. Do not share, copy or misuse membership verification credentials, record false redemptions or attendance, or access information outside your permitted role.
Content and availability
Information about memberships, locations, events and offers may change. Check the details and conditions shown for the service you want to use. We may update our website and services, and availability may be affected by maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Applicable purchase and service terms continue to govern any commitments already made.
Intellectual property
ChapterDrive names, designs, text, logos and related materials belong to ChapterDrive or its licensors. You may use our services for their intended purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell or reuse our materials without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party services
We use service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, email and analytics. Independent Sponsor websites and other linked services may have their own terms. ChapterDrive does not control those independent services.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, Google sign-in, optional analytics and your choices. Accepting these Terms does not by itself provide consent for optional analytics or marketing.
No professional advice
Information on our website is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, insurance, tax, automotive, safety or other professional advice.
Disclaimers
The public site is provided as available and as is. ChapterDrive does not promise that the public site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always current. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChapterDrive disclaims implied warranties related to the public site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChapterDrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where required, we will provide notice of significant changes.
