Where it started
ChapterDrive, as a concept, originated in 2019. Midwest Rally Club launched in Chicago as an automotive enthusiast association. Its Illinois chapter became CACW, Chicago Auto Club West.
What CACW built
CACW focused on small-business support, meaningful events, and fundraising for charities. It grew into one of the largest automotive associations in America by member volume, showing what happens when people, cars, and local businesses have a reason to come together.
