When you submit sponsor interest, we collect business name, contact first name, contact email, contact phone, state, city, business category, optional website or social link, optional note, consent confirmation, source page, and related submission details.

Our website, hosting provider, security tools, cache tools, forms, analytics tools, and related service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and basic log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Cookies and analytics

ChapterDrive uses optional Google Analytics 4 to understand site visits, page performance, and site functionality. If analytics is declined, the site should continue to work without optional analytics cookies.

Visitors can reopen cookie settings from the site footer/control and change their browser storage preferences. Browser or device settings may also allow people to delete existing cookies or local storage.

Information we do not collect on this site

This public ChapterDrive website does not collect member passwords, payment card data, Stripe data, QR verification data, private member records, sponsor redemption credentials, bank details, tax IDs, government IDs, dates of birth, vehicle VINs, or platform administrator credentials.

How we use information

We use site information to manage the waitlist, understand chapter demand, review sponsor interest, follow up about launch or sponsor next steps, operate and secure the website, prevent spam or abuse, maintain consent records, and improve site content.

Sponsor phone numbers are collected for sponsor-interest follow-up and fit review. They are not permission for unrelated marketing or automated outreach.

Email and consent

Forms require consent before submission. People who opt in may receive ChapterDrive waitlist, launch, or sponsor-interest updates. Marketing email must include a practical way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests will be honored in accordance with applicable law.

ChapterDrive does not enable automated marketing campaigns, funnels, welcome sequences, sponsor drips, or external marketing-platform sync unless those workflows are separately approved and configured.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, hosting, forms, email delivery, spam prevention, consent-gated analytics, and related business operations. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to ChapterDrive.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction involving ChapterDrive.

Cookies, logs, and analytics

Retention

We keep lead information only as long as needed for launch planning, sponsor review, consent records, legal compliance, security, and normal business administration. Test entries should be deleted after verification. Production retention rules may be refined as the membership platform and marketing workflow mature.

Security

ChapterDrive uses reasonable administrative, technical, and service-provider controls appropriate for the information handled by the site. No website or online service can guarantee perfect security, so we limit collection to public lead-intake information and keep the secure membership platform separate from the public website.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and ChapterDrive does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist or sponsor-interest forms.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a form. You may unsubscribe from marketing email when an unsubscribe method is provided. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of lead information by contacting ChapterDrive.

California and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your personal information. ChapterDrive does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this site. If ChapterDrive becomes subject to additional state privacy-law requirements, this policy and related request processes will be updated.

Secure platform separation

The future secure platform at app.chapterdrive.com is separate from this public website. Member accounts, billing, QR verification, sponsor tools, event check-in, and administration are not operated through this website.
