Public website only
This public ChapterDrive website provides information about ChapterDrive, member waitlist intake, and sponsor-interest intake. It does not provide paid membership purchase, member account access, sponsor portal access, QR verification, event RSVP, offer redemption, billing, or platform administration.
Waitlist submissions
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid membership, guarantee a launch date, guarantee that a chapter will open in a particular city or state, reserve a sponsor offer, or create access to the future membership platform. ChapterDrive may use waitlist information to evaluate demand and invite people when a chapter is ready.
Sponsor-interest submissions
Submitting sponsor interest does not create a sponsorship agreement, guarantee acceptance, publish an offer, grant sponsor platform access, or provide access to private member data. Sponsor fit, pricing, contracts, redemption setup, offer approval, and platform access are handled separately after review.
Future membership and platform terms
Paid membership, cancellation, refunds, event participation, offer redemption, sponsor obligations, member conduct, and platform access will be governed by additional terms presented before those features go live. If there is a conflict between these public-site Terms and later platform or membership terms, the more specific later terms will control for that feature.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use the site in a way that violates law or harms ChapterDrive, members, sponsors, or service providers.
Public content and availability
Public copy describes the intended ChapterDrive model and may change as launch planning, chapter availability, sponsor review, legal review, or platform implementation develops. ChapterDrive may update, suspend, or remove public-site content, forms, or pages at any time.
Intellectual property
ChapterDrive names, designs, public-site copy, theme presentation, logos when added, and related materials are owned by ChapterDrive or its licensors. You may view the site for personal or business-evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse site materials without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party services
The public site may rely on hosting, forms, email delivery, fonts, embedded video, cache, security, analytics, and other service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. ChapterDrive is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
No professional advice
Information on the public site is provided for general launch and business information. It is not legal, financial, insurance, tax, automotive, safety, or professional advice.
Disclaimers
The public site is provided as available and as is. ChapterDrive does not promise that the public site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always current. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChapterDrive disclaims implied warranties related to the public site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChapterDrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

ChapterDrive may update these Terms as the public site, launch process, membership platform, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when the page was last revised.
